West Plaza Hotel - Bucharest

The room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was very noisy during the night.

The hotel is very clean. The room is big and comfortable, there is free wifi in the room. Nice breakfast. The staff is very helpfull and nice, the receptionists helped us a lot with the main attractions in the city and how to use the public transportation.

The hotel is not that close to the tourists main attractions, but if you take the metro it takes only 10 minutes to get everywhere you want. The closest metro station is 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is very close to a mall.

Everything is brand-new here, had a very lovely stay for short time or on business trip. The location is particularly good and magnificent, 20 km from the airport. Btw, there's next to a bus station. The room is well-kept and brand-new with good wifi, also they can offer wake-up service. The staff are amazingly nice people.

100% recommend for a quick layover

Cozy room, comfortable shower, with a useful fridge to store snacks for late-night cravings and a warm electric kettle allowing me to enjoy hot tea after a long day. The convenient airport shuttle service made it easy to catch my flight.

Located 800 feet from the hotel, Taverna Adonis was a good choice to eat. The airport was 12 miles away.

Spacious rooms with effective air conditioning.

The internet connection was horrendous. There's a significant problem with the hotel's parking. It's non-existent, forcing guests to rely on the paid parking across the street.

The staff were amazing! They let us check into our room early, booked us on a tour and couldn't do enough to help us. The rooms were beautiful, I think the hotel is very new as everything is modern and spotless. The breakfast in the restaurant was good and we even ate dinner there one night. It is an Italian and was lovely (not too expensive!). The hotel is a short walk to the metro station, but handy enough and directly opposite is a huge mall with everything. Overall the hotel was excellent and my on negative is.....................

Location! When we read all the reviews everyone raved about this hotel, especially the location. So we thought it was going to be in the centre of everything-wrong! The hotel is situated outside of the city centre (far) to the west. We got there and didn't have a clue where we were. It's absolutely fine once you know how to get around but just be aware that this is not a central hotel. But as I said it is lovely!!

I feel overall it was a very pleasant hotel with friendly and professional staff. I felt relaxed and comfortable within the hotel at all times and enjoyed staying there very much. Both myself and my boyfriend would recommend this hotel as we thought it was great value for money and had accommodating staff. Very good choice indeed.

Had a nice stay! The room was spacious and clean, super comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Plus, there's a great mall right across for dining. Just watch out for the parking situation. It can get a bit tricky if you're late!

New building with new furniture and amenities, friendly staff.

Discrepancy between the check-out hour mentioned on the reservation form and the hour mentioned at the reception desk. On the printed form for reservation from Booked.net the check-out was mentioned :before 14.00 and at the reception desk I was told that is before 12.00. Poor wireless connection.

The staff at this hotel was very helpful and friendly. The service was superb. Lovely, spacious rooms with a modern decor and very clean, Excellent breakfast and a very good italian food at the restaurant. It is realy a 4* hotel not a 3* hotel. It was the best hotel I ever been and I will be returning there again four sure. Thank you West Plaza Hotel!
